Yes, most products ordered on Malco Modes can be returned or replaced within 30 calendar days of purchase. However, pettipants or clearance items cannot be returned for health reasons.
If you receive a defective product, we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost to you. Please contact customer service at service@malcomodes.biz for assistance.
To initiate a return, contact customer service for a return authorization number. Ensure the product is in unused condition with original tags and packaging. Refunds will be issued minus shipping, handling, and a 15% restocking fee.
Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive the unused item.
While we do not directly ship internationally, our retail customers outside the United States can place orders via Amazon, which ships internationally from their warehouses.
We offer a variety of shipping options for our US-based wholesale customers. Our preferred rates with carriers, achieved through high annual shipment volumes, are passed along to our customers.
